Just the position of his lover’s hand… and everything else in this picture. Need I say more??
Ian Richards moved to LA with dreams of becoming a successful musician. That dream was shelved after years of struggling to make it in the music industry. While making ends meet at one of his jobs as a waiter, Ian met Logan Adams, Hollywood’s favourite movie star. More than he cared to admit, the handsome actor left a lasting impression on Ian. Three years after the intimate night they shared, memories of Logan still lingered on Ian’s mind. What happens when they meet again for the second chance encounter of their lives?
Allowing yourself to sleep in another’s arms… is baring yourself completely to the person; and more than just the physical sense of the word
though no doubt, that is good too. “I love you. I trust you. I love you.”
Synopsis: The mafia threatens Ewon into working for a loan shark, where he’s forced to run dangerous errands for no pay. The culprit who doomed Ewon to this life is none other than Jiho, Ewon’s jealous ex who still burns at Ewon’s infidelity. Their gang leader Mookyul, with movie-star good looks and the bizarre, drunken habit of biting people on the neck, takes a keen interest in his attractive new errand boy. Will Ewon be able to survive the violent underworld (not to mention the constant sexual harassment) he must endure as an underling of Mookyul? This funny, hip title by Hajin Yoo will thrill and amuse fans with plenty of intense shonen-ai action (Source: Netcomics)
My thoughts: This manhwa has an interesting storyline with a plot that kept me wondering “what, who, why, how?!” throughout the whole series. The two main characters; Ewon and Mookyul, grew on me as the story went on. The domineering nature of Mookyul and the eventual sacrifices he made for Ewon made this a beautiful, love story indeed. Of course, their story is not without its bits of angst but it has its funny moments thrown in too. Certain scenes will make you laugh out loud while others will tug at your heart strings. The artist did such a good job of blending both making this a manhwa I reread when I can find the time to.
I have a confession to make. I wasn’t a big fan of Glee. In fact, I wasn’t a fan of Glee at all until Original Song aired. And then after? Well, needless to say, my new favourite TV couple became KLAINE
(Kurt Hummel + Blaine Anderson). A marathon of all Glee episodes soon followed, cementing my crush on Kurt Hummel and the actor who played him. Don’t ask how that made me feel. Like a puma concolor. I mean, he’s only what… 6, 7, 8 years younger than me… *insert signature awkward Kurt laugh*.
There are some who might not love the character. They view Kurt as superficial and selfish. I had that impression too at first while watching Season 1. But Kurt Hummel is more than just a fashion diva. Sure, his fashion sense is better than
allmost of the Glee cast… but I like him because he tries to be strong so damn hard every single day. One can’t help but admire that trait in him. He is true to himself, rarely feeling the need to change (except for instances where he felt the threat of losing his father’s love). He may just be a fictional character on TV but I’ve no doubt that he has inspired many who are currently facing the same issues he did in the show. Like the character he plays, Chris used his Golden Globe speech not only to thank those important to him but also to give support to those who faced bullying:
“Most importantly, to all the amazing kids that watch our show and the kids that our show celebrates that are constantly told no by bullies in their school and they can’t be who they are … Well, screw that, kids.”
Enough said. I love this guy.
